Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient visit. The CSC will promote services, educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans, and handle check-in/out, invoicing, and scheduling while helping maintain smooth hospital operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak fluent English with proper grammar, style and vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about pet health and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Assist with documentation, enter pet information, and scheduling.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian’s instructions and sell retail products.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
