Banfield Pet Hospital in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow and support the veterinary team. You will welcome clients, educate them about wellness plans, handle scheduling and front-desk duties to keep the hospital efficient.

The role emphasizes exemplary customer service, clear communication, and a friendly, caring approach to pets and clients, with a schedule including weekends/evenings as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience in customer service preferred.
• Medical/veterinary terminology training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Live by Mars Five Principles and promote hospital services.
• Promote client flow to maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure clients and pets are comfortable in the hospital.
• Assist with front desk duties, including documentation, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
