Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and client care.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to ensure superior service and wellness plan uptake.
• Educate clients about pet health, preventative care, and Optimum Wellness Plans; complete required documentation.
