Job summary

PetVet Care Centers’ Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island is seeking a Co-Care Coordination Supervisor in West Islip, NY. This role supports high-quality client care, supervises front desk staff, and ensures adherence to service standards in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

The position involves coordinating with the CSOM, Hospital Administrator, and department leaders to maintain a compassionate, efficient experience for clients and patients.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervising experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in customer service management.
• Veterinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-Supervision of Client Services & External Relations and performance supervision of CCCs.
• Ensure front desk staff adhere to Customer Service Standards and VMCLI policies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide diplomatic resolutions.
• Maintain positive internal relationships and high standards of client care.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and administration tasks for CCC staff.
