Job summary
Academy Animal Hospital in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the hospital running smoothly in a Fear Free Certified Practice. This role emphasizes compassion for animals and people, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.
Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred, but exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment is also valued.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassion.
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothly.
- Check clients in and out and process payments.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Assist with prescription and medical record requests.
- Recognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical team.
- Help create a calm, organized, Fear Free environment.
- Support your teammates and jump in where needed.
