Job summary

Academy in Solana Beach, CA, seeks a friendly veterinary receptionist to greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism. You will answer phones, texts, and emails, schedule appointments, and help keep the hospital running smoothly while maintaining accurate client and patient records.

You will check clients in and out, process payments, assist with prescriptions, and support the medical team to create a calm, Fear Free environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, compassionate, dependable, organized, positive, and team-oriented.
• Prior veterinary receptionist experience preferred; strong customer service in a fast-paced setting is valuable.

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy.

Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred , but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.

Hospital Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Range: $19-21/hr
