Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience; veterinary background a plus.
• Ability to cover opening through closing shifts and Saturdays.
• Friendly, confident communication style.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines without panic.
• Calm, patient approach on busy days.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing multiple phone lines.
• Checking clients-ins.
• Educating clients.
• Using Fear Free communication and handling.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Managing emails and client messages.
• Preparing forms and scanning/uploading records.
• Requesting medical records from other clinics.
• Documenting all communication in our software.
• Handling loyalty program tasks.
• Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
• Helping teammates.
