You will greet clients, manage calls and messages, help with check-ins, scheduling, and fee explanations for treatments and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client service.
• Previous experience in medical field is a plus.
• Experience in veterinary medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person or over the phone in a professional manner.
• Answer telephones, texts, emails, WOOFware and Teams messages.
• Check in patients and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient handling as needed.
• Explain fees regarding treatment plans and invoicing.
