All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital in Sioux Falls is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care Team. You will be the first and last contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience across general practice and emergency services.

The ideal candidate is organized, calm in stressful situations, and able to multitask while managing phones, scheduling, and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Veterinary or medical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Schedule appointments and manage client information.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Process payments and prepare accurate estimates.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
