All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care Team. The role supports both general practice and emergency services, welcoming clients and managing appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Vet/medical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Schedule appointments and manage client information.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Process payments and prepare accurate estimates.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
