All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital is seeking a compassionate, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care Team. You will be the first and last point of contact for clients and help ensure a welcoming, professional experience for both our general practice and emergency services.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, loves animals, and remains calm in busy, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary or medical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage client information
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Process payments and prepare accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service during routine and emergency visits
• Help maintain an organized and professional reception area
