All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital is seeking a compassionate, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care Team. Our receptionists are the first and last contact for clients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while supporting both our general practice and emergency hospital teams.

The ideal candidate is professional, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary or medical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and concerns
• Schedule appointments and manage client information
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Process payments and prepare accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service during routine and emergency visits
