Job summary

Highway 30 Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative who embodies patience and compassion to welcome clients and manage front-desk operations. This role involves scheduling, client communication, record maintenance, and processing payments to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the CSR will provide outstanding service during every interaction, support appointment tracking, and assist with client education and follow-ups to promote excellent patient

Qualifications

• Patience and composure when interacting with Doctors, teammates, clients, and patients.
• Coordinate actions with Doctors and team members and provide timely feedback.
• Explain instructions clearly to clients and teammates for quality patient care.
• Attention to client needs by listening and interpreting feedback.
• Maintain organized tracking of specimens, meds, instructions, and workflow.
• Aim to ensure every client interaction ends with satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures per manager and procedures.
• Keep public areas clean and presentable including front desk and waiting area.
• Handle cash, checks, and payments; manage credit accounts.
• Schedule clinic appointments with Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and process correspondence.
• Send reminders and follow-ups to clients.
• Perform regular backups of the computer system.
• Record daily business activities accurately.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a positive visit.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policy and procedures.
