Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in inventory management, hospital supplies ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ability to manage online pharmacy approval requests accurately and efficiently.
• Experience coordinating specialty, referral, and outside veterinary appointments.
• Assist with reception and front-desk responsibilities, including multi-line phones and in-person client interactions.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially ezyVet, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital inventory and ordering, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
• Process online pharmacy approvals accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate specialty, referral, and outside veterinary appointments and relay information to clients and team.
• Assist with reception and front-desk duties as needed, including handling multi-line phones.
• Support clients with questions and information regarding their pets’ care and our services.
