Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing and highly organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (Client Liaison) to serve as a key connection between our clients, patients, and veterinary team.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, and help coordinate important aspects of patient care. Responsibilities include managing hospital inventory and ordering, online pharmacy approvals, coordinating specialty and referral appointments, and assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities as needed. You will also support clients with questions and essential information regarding their pets' care and our hospital services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative veterinary environment.

1+ years of experience in a veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting

To support this level of care, our facility is equipped with modern veterinary technology includingdigital X-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser therapy, and in-house laboratory equipment (Abaxis / Zoetis)to help provide efficient diagnostics and treatment for our patients. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are alsoadding digital dental radiography, allowing our medical team to further enhance the level of dental care we provide.
