Clarksville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency (CVES) is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative in Clarksville, TN to support clients, patients, and the medical team. The role emphasizes exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email, with data-entry, scheduling, and records updates essential to daily hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience preferred (from HTML)
• Exceptional communication skills with clients, teammates, and medical staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to changing hospital needs
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging client interactions
• Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when necessary
• Passion for providing excellent service to pets, clients, and veterinary teams
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, assist with paperwork, and guide them through their visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Manage administrative tasks including data entry, appointment scheduling, and medical record updates.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Support hospital communication by managing faxes, emails, and inbound requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming lobby environment.
• Manage financial processes including cash drawer and client transactions.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to support efficient operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client and patient experiences.
• Assist with on-call duties after training completion.
