The CSR will manage front desk operations, client communications, and veterinary record requirements to ensure top-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes professional interaction with doctors and staff, meticulous scheduling, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area, offices and restrooms.
• Processes cash, checks and card payments; manages credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments per doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Reminds clients for periodic notifications and follow-ups.
• Performs daily system backups and posting of daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Provides medications, instructions and take-home items.
• Handles emergencies per clinic policies and procedures.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
