Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative (Client Liaison) for our Columbia, TN hospital. You will serve as a key connection between clients, patients, and the veterinary team, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include managing hospital inventory and ordering, processing online pharmacy approvals, coordinating specialty and referral appointments, and supporting reception duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering hospital supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Ability to manage and process online pharmacy approval requests accurately and efficiently.
• Experience coordinating specialty, referral, and outside veterinary appointments, including communication between clients, specialists, and the veterinary team.
• Ability to assist with reception and front-desk responsibilities, including multi-line phones and in-person client interactions.
