Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience (vet, restaurant, retail or service).
• At least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a veterinary hospital is required.
• Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to multitask under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, schedule appointments.
• Handle basic medical emergencies and assist with medications and products.
• Input data in practice management software including billing; assist with retail sales and records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
