• Front office experience is required.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address client concerns.
• Assist with medication pickups and provide information about services and products.
• Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing.
