Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
• Two or more years of experience in administrative/care coordinator role

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns
• Handles basic pet medical emergencies and client inquiries with professionalism
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software including billing
• Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, and maintaining records
• Performs end-of-day cash reconciliation and related duties

Education
