Veterinary United is seeking a Call Center Representative to support animal-care operations in Michigan. You will be the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving inquiries, and guiding customers through products and services to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous call center or customer service experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls to customers when required
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently

• Document customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
