Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online.
• Manage all customer communications (calls, emails, texts) and route urgent medical calls to a doctor.
• Provide personalized, compassionate guidance on options and care pathways.
• Follow up after visits to ensure client satisfaction and pet well-being.
