Qualifications

• One year of direct experience in human services.
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance; own vehicle for work travel.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management services to Program Clients.
• Identifies and serves the unique needs of participant households using screenings.
• Implements program per funder and VOA standards.
• Performs community outreach to identify eligible households.
• Delivers group educational activities and supports team members.
