Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado (VOAC) seeks a full-time Case Manager for rapid rehousing programs in the Denver area. You will perform needs-based assessments, conduct housing navigation, and provide intensive case management to households facing barriers to housing stability.

Travel across the Denver Metro area is required to coordinate with partners and assist participants. You will collaborate with service providers, maintain client documents, and ensure data quality reporting per grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or closely related field or related experience.
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based assessments and housing navigation.
• Provide intensive case management for high-barrier households.
• Coordinate wrap-around services with team and community partners.
• Attend intakes, housing orientations, and lease signings.
• Transport participants for case management as needed.
