Job summary

New England Center and Home for Veteran is seeking an SSVF Rapid Re-Housing Program Manager in Boston to supervise Stabilization Case Managers and ensure rapid housing and stabilization services for Veterans. The role emphasizes Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care.

You will coordinate training, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with SSVF and agency protocols, while strengthening systems and reporting for successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA in Human Services related field required.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience with Veteran population, mental health and/or homelessness.
• Understanding of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Care.
• Excellent customer service, crisis intervention, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Stabilization Case Managers and oversee caseload assignments.
• Ensure rapid entry into permanent housing and stabilization services for participants.
• Coordinate training and ensure compliance with SSVF grant and agency protocols.
• Review and audit program documentation to ensure funding compliance.
• Collaborate with Director and other managers to maintain records and reporting.
• Travel to the greater Boston area as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in program, department, and regional trainings.
