Job summary

Insight Housing in the Bay Area seeks a Case Manager for the Pathway to Housing for Homeless Veterans program. You will provide case management and housing stabilization services to Veteran families and coordinate with the VA and other supports to improve housing outcomes.

Responsibilities include outreach, developing budgets and service plans, data entry in HMIS, and maintaining confidential records. A CA driver license is required. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support.

Qualifications

• High school required; Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field a plus.
• CPR/First Aid Training required.
• 1 year experience serving homeless individuals or related social issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and housing stabilization services to homeless Veteran families.
• Coordinate with VA and other benefits to connect participants to services.
• Maintain HMIS records and prepare program reports.
