Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. (VRSI) in Rochester, MN, is seeking a Case Manager/Employment Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP).

You will guide veterans from intake through eligibility screening, job readiness, training, placement, and follow-up, coordinating with partners to connect them with housing, transportation, and support services. The role requires an Associate's degree and at least two years in employment services, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, employment services, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and use of a personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed at the current federal rate.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Meet with each veteran to assess skills, work history, and goals.
• Develop personal employment plans with career goals, next steps, and timelines.
• Provide job readiness training and lead workshops.
• Support job placement and follow-up with veterans.
• Build relationships with local employers to find suitable roles.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and housing/transport services.
• Maintain confidential client records and regular program reports.
