Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. (VRSI) is seeking an Employment Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP).

You will guide veterans from first contact through eligibility screening, job readiness, training, placement, and follow-up toward stable, livable-wage employment. Key duties include client assessment, personalized employment plans, job readiness training, career counseling, job placement support, and employer outreach to secure opportunities for

• Associate's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in workforce development or employment services.
• Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Meet veterans to assess skills, history, interests, and barriers.
• Develop personal employment plans with goals and timelines.
• Provide job readiness training and resume/interview guidance.
• Coach career options and follow up to achieve placement and retention.
