Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. (VRSI) seeks an Employment Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program to guide veterans from first contact through eligibility screening, training, placement, and follow-up.

You will conduct client assessments, develop personal employment plans, deliver job-readiness training, build employer partnerships, and coordinate supportive services to secure stable, livable-wage jobs in the Tampa area.

Formación

• Associate's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce development or employment services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with veterans to assess skills, work history, and goals.
• Develop personal employment plans with milestones.
• Provide job-readiness training, resume help, and interview coaching.
• Build relationships with local employers to source opportunities.
• Coordinate referrals to training and support services.
• Maintain confidential case records and program reporting.
