Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
• 1+ years of case management experience; 3+ years preferred; 2+ years in a customer service environment.
• Experience with homeless, low-income veterans and families is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for Veterans to access housing, utilities, and community services.
• Perform intake, assess needs, develop and monitor service plans.
• Coordinate payments with Financial Assistance Coordinator and inform Veterans.
• Document case notes daily and prepare reports for leadership.
• Engage with veteran groups and present program information to communities.
• Travel up to 30% within the county and surrounding areas.
• Uphold non-discrimination and respectful service delivery.
