Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Veterans and connect them to housing and other supports.
• Build and maintain a database of community resources for referrals.
• Conduct outreach to shelters, encampments, and other Veteran locations.
• Deliver presentations and participate in Veteran-focused meetings and program activities.
• Perform initial screenings and determine eligibility or refer to other services.
• Complete intake assessments and individualized service plans addressing housing stability.
• Document services and monitor progress; maintain file accuracy.
