Job summary

Endeavors in Killeen, TX is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management to Veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role focuses on improving quality of life and community functioning.

Responsibilities include advocating for housing, utilities, healthcare, transportation, and benefits; conducting home visits; coordinating services; and assisting with housing applications and documentation. Travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
• 1+ years case management experience; 3+ years preferred. 2+ years in a customer service focused environment.
• LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred. Driver’s License with clear record.
• Vehicle required; up to 50% travel within the county and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Veterans and facilitate access to housing, utilities, healthcare, transportation, income support, and other community resources.
• Provide intensive support and assist with housing and benefit applications; accompany to appointments as needed.
• Conduct home visits and follow-ups to monitor housing stability and progress toward goals.
• Develop individualized housing/service plans and review progress regularly.
• Coordinate service delivery, track activities, referrals, outcomes, and document interactions; assist with essential documents.
• Ensure timely payments to landlords and vendors; communicate status of assistance and disbursements.
• Meet with leadership to review caseloads and support program growth; participate in community coalitions.
