Empower Mental Health seeks a licensed Audiologist to perform C&P evaluations for Veterans in a VA-compliant, non-treatment role. You will review records, obtain histories, conduct audiometric testing, and complete VA-formatted reports.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and no ongoing patient care or insurance billing. In-person opportunities are available, offering meaningful work and supplemental income for Veterans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Calibrated audiometer capable of VA-required evaluations.
• Diagnostic tympanometer able to perform tympanometry and acoustic reflex testing.
• Master's Degree or higher in relevant field.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.
• Comfortable performing objective, fact-based evaluations.
• Comfortable Maryland CNC speech testing.
• Access to equipment such as SHOEBOX Audiometer, Interacoustics Titan/AT235, GSI TympStar Pro, Kuduwave.

Responsabilités

• Conduct C&P audiology evaluations for Veterans.
• Perform structured hearing loss and tinnitus-related evaluations per VA guidelines.
• Review medical records and examination information.
• Obtain focused history via interviews.
• Conduct audiometric testing and document findings per VA formats.
• Prepare clear, concise VA-required reports.
