Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years relevant experience in workforce development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective grammar, English, and writing skills.
• PC proficiency in MS Office.
• Reliable transportation and a California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of staff interested in the career pathways counseling project.
• Enroll staff into the career counseling project and design individual program plans.
• Assist staff with accessing community resources for career goals.
• Assist staff with career research, training options, and resume development.
• Provide career counseling and mock interview sessions.
• Coordinate services with Goodwill management and external partners.
• Document progress with monthly reports and updated program plans.
