Responsibilities

• Assumes a caseload of staff interested in the career pathways counseling project.
• Enrolls staff into the career counseling project and creates individual program plans.
• Assist staff in accessing community resources to support career goals.
• Help staff with career research and educational planning.
• Provide career readiness training and mock interview sessions.
• Coordinate with Goodwill management and support staff development efforts.
