Job summary

Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. (VRSI) is seeking a Case Manager/Employment Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP). You will guide veterans from eligibility screening through placement and follow-up, coordinating services to support stable, livable-wage jobs.

The role focuses on assessments, individualized employment plans, job readiness training, and strong employer engagement. Field and office work with travel and mileage reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in workforce development or employment services.
• Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop employment plans.
• Provide job readiness training and workshops.
• Offer one-on-one career counseling and follow-up.
• Assist with job applications, interviews, and negotiations.
• Engage employers and coordinate with community partners.
• Maintain confidential client records and reports.
