Petco is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for our Vetco Total Care hospital in Providence, RI. You will be the first and last touchpoint for clients, delivering friendly, compassionate customer service while coordinating appointments and managing the reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in veterinary practice or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Answer the practice phone and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar and schedule bookings.
• Greet visitors and patients, manage waiting times and notify staff as needed.
• Assist in training new staff and share knowledge as required.
• Keep waiting area clean and stocked with essential materials.
• Confirm appointments via client’s preferred method (phone, email, text).
• Provide backup support to technical staff when needed.
