Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office is preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfort with new software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets with professionalism.
• Manage multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
• Check clients in/out and manage invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist with pharmacy pickups and medical records.
