Sahuaro Vista Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and last face clients see. You will manage phone lines, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with pharmacy pickups and basic preventive care inquiries.

We value exceptional customer service, teamwork, and ongoing training for professional growth. This on-site role located in Tucson/Oro Valley, AZ offers full-time or part-time hours and a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Managing a multi-line phone system—answering questions, scheduling appointments, and routing messages accurately.
• Checking clients in and out, managing invoices, processing payments, and accurately balancing a daily drawer.
• Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication via phone, email, and text platforms.
• Assisting clients with pharmacy pickups, prescription food orders, and basic preventative care inquiries.
• Managing and updating electronic medical records with high attention to detail.
