Job summary

All Care Veterinary Network, located in Social Circle, Georgia, is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting hospital operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, and experience in customer service or veterinary settings is preferred. This position offers a chance to work in a modern and compassionate environment dedicated to pet care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary setting is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using AVA, Pulse, and other clinic systems.
• Check-in and check-out clients, including processing payments and invoicing.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in basic computer skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
