Blue Cross Pet Clinic in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional client experience and support daily practice operations. The CSR handles front desk duties, appointment tracking, and medical record maintenance while coordinating with the Practice Manager to maintain a smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, organization, and adherence to clinic policies, ensuring every client and patient is well cared for.

Qualificações

• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Adheres to OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Lead opening and closing procedures per instructions.
• Maintain front desk, reception, waiting area, and exam rooms.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Assist in updating client/patient files and sending correspondence.
• Send reminders and follow up with clients.
• Backup computer systems and daily postings.
• Welcome clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policies.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
