Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as required.
• Perform carpentry tasks like wallboard, countertops, doors, and tile repairs.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness; address issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours incidents.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership timely; uphold safety policies.
• Foster positive interactions with residents and teams; uphold professional demeanor.
