Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks, ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction across assigned properties.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, and assist with emergencies. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in property management or related work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Conduct proactive preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, and safety checks.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
