Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an on-site Operations Support Technician to assist venues with point-of-sale systems during events. You will provide level 1 and 2 support and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

Candidates should be able to lift at least 50 lbs, work long event hours, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to contribute to all six verticals we manage.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and elevate when necessary
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices
