Legends Global in California is seeking a support professional to ensure POS systems operate smoothly during events. You will handle Level 1 and 2 support, diagnose hardware issues, and implement improvements across processes to keep venues running efficiently.

Responsibilities include conducting venue walk-throughs, replacing defective hardware, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the organization while adhering to safety and policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalations.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and adhere to standards and practices.
