Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. seeks a Security Supervisor to lead building and event security teams at our New York venues.

You will partner with venues and other departments to deliver a safe and welcoming guest experience while maintaining strict security standards. You will supervise officers, manage scheduling and incident reporting, coach staff, and support security programs across operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military settings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage across levels.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments during crises or events.
• Proven ability to manage reports, scheduling, and staff documentation.
• Willingness to travel to other MSG locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security officers across venues and events.
• Develop front line staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences safely.
• Ensure officers know post assignments and uniform standards.
• Manage scheduling, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Collaborate with Building Security, Guest Services, and Operations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
