Job summary

MSG Entertainment is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the daily supervision of building and event security officers at our venues, ensuring a safe and secure guest experience. This role reports to the Security Manager based at Radio City Music Hall and requires collaboration with multiple MSG departments to maintain excellence in service and safety.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory security experience, familiarity with events and entertainment venues, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years' supervisory experience in security or related fields.
• Experience in events, sports, or entertainment venue operations.
• Experience leading small teams and coaching staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front line security officers.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for safe operations.
• Manage scheduling, incident and daily reports.
• Ensure proper uniforms and device policies.
• Collaborate with SOC and security teams.
• Address customer concerns promptly.
• Support security programs and projects.
• Coordinate with SOC for video and access requests.
