Job summary

MSG Entertainment Corp. seeks a Security Supervisor to lead the building and event security teams at Radio City Music Hall and other venues.

The role focuses on delivering a safe, secure guest experience while collaborating with venues and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory security experience, military or law enforcement background preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Experience in events, sports, or entertainment venues preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building and Event security officers on a daily basis.
• Lead front line colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences safely.
• Ensure officers know their post assignments and stay in proper uniform.
• Document scheduling, invoices, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Coordinate with SOC and other MSG departments to ensure security operations.
• Respond to customer concerns and participate in security programs.
