Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in events/theatre operations at an entertainment venue.
• 60+ college credit hours or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience completing staff performance reports.
• Ability to engage and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead front-line Guest Services Staff daily.
• Maintain high energy and positive attitude across shifts.
• Model optimism and align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Security and other departments during events and emergencies.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage pre-shift meetings content and delivery.
• Ensure staff meet duties, uniform standards, and guest-experience targets.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies in fast-paced environments.
• Oversee supervisory locations, keep areas safe and clean.
• Address guest concerns and provide recovery solutions.
• Assist with pre-event setup and staff assignments.
• Inspect venue and clear emergency exits and pathways.
• Coordinate with Accessibility Services for seat relocations as needed.
• Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Act as liaison between upper management and staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and appearance guidelines.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members.
